I'd ordered some custom liners and made a custom order for matching cage set up too (tunnel, pouch and cube house). I also added a snuffle mat to my order. Claire contacted me to ask if I'd like that made in the same fleece as the liners and cage set up. Now that's customer service! I've now received the mat and it's so well made. I highly recommend, and I'll be a returning customer for sure!
